You must be 18 years or older to open an account.

Go to the Login page and tap the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field. You'll receive a verification code on your registered mobile number. Enter the code, set a new password, and you're back in. If you don't receive the code within a few minutes, check that you're using the correct registered number and try again.

No. BPExch allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've accidentally created a duplicate, contact our support team to resolve it before any action is taken.

Account detail changes need to be done through our live chat support for security reasons. Log in to your account, open the chat, and our team will verify your identity before making any updates. This process is in place to protect your funds and personal information.
Deposits

BPExch supports all the major payment methods used in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR so there's no currency conversion hassle. Just choose your preferred method when you go to deposit and follow the on-screen steps.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and head to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or Bank Transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Most withdrawals are processed the same day. You'll receive the funds directly to your mobile wallet or bank account.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. VIP members enjoy priority processing which can be even faster. A withdrawal can be declined for a few reasons: an active bonus wagering requirement that hasn't been completed yet, incomplete account verification, or a mismatch in the withdrawal account details.
